Duration of Training: 3 years.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT:

• O’ Level Credit in English Language Mathematics Physics Chemistry Biology WAEC/ NECO / NABTEB in NOT more than two (2) Sittings.

Applications are obtainable from the Nursing Services Department, Ministry of Health Umuahia, New Secretariat Fourth floor on payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000) only in two (2) different banks (UBA & Zenith).

Sale of Form Starts: Monday 11th July 2022 — Friday 12th August 2022
Closing Date: All completed forms are to be returned to Nursing Services Department on or before Friday 14th August 2022.
Examination Date: 20th August 2022
